"2021-2022 Hand In Hand - Enterprise Environmental Protection Co construction activity project" is an enterprise environmental protection co construction project jointly initiated by Wuxi Xinwu Ecological Environment Bureau, Xinwu District grass-roots Committee of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party and other excellent environmental protection enterprises. It is the first innovative environmental governance model in China to help enterprises with relatively weak environmental protection in the form of "Hand in Hand" by utilizing excellent enterprises, industry associations and regional technical experts in regional environmental protection management. Guide enterprises to take the initiative to save energy and reduce emissions, strengthen pollution prevention and control, jointly help defend the blue sky, clear water and pure land, ultimately serve the high-quality development of the region, and achieve a governance pattern of social co construction, CO governance and sharing.

During the "environment month" of each year, Wuxi Xinwu ecological environment bureau organizes and holds the "Hands pull Hands" environmental protection co construction project results summary meeting to commend the large-scale enterprises that have organized and promoted the environmental protection co construction activities and the small-scale enterprises that have achieved remarkable environmental protection improvement.
