TENCEL™ LyocellSince Mozartex was established, we are loyal of using all our fibers only from one of the most well-know eco-fiber making company: Lenzing.Lenzing’s TENCEL™ Lyocell originate from the renewable FSC® (C041246) or PEFC™woods. And TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable, and thus fabrics made from TENCEL™ Lyocell can fully revert back to nature.
The fiber making process, which transforms woods into cellulosic fibers with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. The process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate up to 99.97%.
Mozartex control and select carefully to make sure that only the eco-friendly process and chemicals were used throughout the supply chain, from fiber to fabrics, so we can have the assurance that all our collections are not contributing to an adverse impact on the environment.
TENCEL™ / Pima Organic CottonOrganic Cotton had long been complained to be low fiber strength, lousy appearance of neps/unevenness, long lead-time, huge minimum. Eco-fashion brands are always struggle to find the good alternatives. To pursuit best quality even in eco-material, Mozartex combine 2 of the world best quality eco-fiber:
PimaOrganic (Long Fiber) Cotton” + “Lenzing Micro TENCEL™ Lyocell”together, with OCS or GOTS certificated. The combination get the advantage from both smoothness of Pima organic cotton and fiber strength of Micro Tencel™. The collection can spin up to 80’s English yarn count, which normal organic cotton cannot achieve.
And to support our prestigious eco-brands around the world, we had build up our own “PimaOrganic Cotton/ Micro Tencel™” blends yarn running stock. Customers can enjoy not only the best eco-luxuriousness and quality beyond conventional organic fiber, but also with a great flexibility in MOQ and fast lead-time.
TENCEL™ / LENZING™ EcoVero™Lenzing’s Viscose Rayon fiber is acknowledged to be the best environmental friendly one, and now Lenzing had upgrade their Viscose to a fully traceable new brand EcoVero, now customer are optional to choose between Lenzing Viscose or EcoVero.
But still due to Rayon fiber characteristic, EcoVero’s fiber strength is weak, not durable enough, and tends to have bad shrinkage. Also since EcoVero is by order production, means 100% EcoVero will have order minimum issue.
Mozartex EcoVero collection solve these problem by blending Tencel™ with EcoVero fiber, benefit from Tencel™ strength, the fabrics are durable to wear and can bare garment processing. And by building our own “EcoVero / Tencel™ Lyocell ” blends yarn running stock, Mozartex offer all eco-brands with flexible MOQ and fast lead-time in all our EcoVero.
